1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

2. Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.
- Custom or made-to-order sarees may require additional 3–5 business days for processing.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order status by logging into your account and visiting the "Order History" section. Our customer support team is available 24/7 to assist with any tracking queries.
4. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to all pin codes across India and major cities in Bangladesh. International shipping is available to select countries — please contact our support team for availability and rates.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
