How Returns Work
Initiate Return
Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email or phone.
Ship It Back
Pack the saree in original packaging and ship it to our return center.
Quality Check
Our team inspects the returned item within 2 business days.
Refund Processed
Refund is credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
1. Return Eligibility
- • Item received is damaged or defective
- • Wrong product delivered
- • Size or color mismatch from product listing
- • Product is unused and in original packaging
- • Return initiated within 7 days of delivery
- • Saree has been worn, washed, or altered
- • Tags and labels have been removed
- • Return requested after 7 days of delivery
- • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- • Custom or personalized orders
2. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Bank processing times may add an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details when initiating the return.
3. Exchange Policy
We offer one-time exchanges for a different size or color of the same product, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. If the desired variant is not available, we will process a full refund instead.
4. Return Shipping
Defective/Wrong Items: We cover the return shipping costs. A prepaid shipping label will be provided.
Change of Mind: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please initiate a return instead.
- Cancellation requests can be made through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
